Very nice staff and good parking facilities. Food was good and buffet breakfast in particular was great. Thanks!
It was not clear how the hot water system worked for the shower, so sometimes we had cold showers. The button specified as the heater seemed to be arbitrary.

It is a best place to be with your family and relatives. Suspicious area for family activities.
The surrounding area especially the nearby beach should be clean and tidy.

I got there quite late around 2100hrs and it's pretty dark during the night but I must say the place is not as bad as I think it was.... The receptionist is friendly and the staff are always there with a service to serve. The room that we got is fantastic Clean and free from mosquito *may varies on each individual*. HAHAHA....but overall I'll give it 2 thumbs up. Not bad for a budget hotel. :)
During night it seems that Karaoke is the only form of entertainment but there's only 1 room for karoake....They should build more room :)

The price was very good!
It is located in the middle of nowhere, but excellent if you need a place to stay before going to the Redang islands.

The staff were curtsies.
The heater wasn't working.I did inform the staff. Action was taken but the staff failed to rectify the problem. I ended up taking cold bath.

The room was very spacious and offered comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was close to the beach and had plenty of car parking available. It was great to be able to hear the sound of the waves from our room, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
The room was not clean and there were insects inside. We also felt that security could have been improved as we did not see any guards and outsiders could easily access the hotel from the beach.
